| 1. Prices |
| All
the prices are in Euros without VAT.
|
| 2. Invoicing and handling costs |
|
We charge invoicing and handling fee € 4,06 / invoice (alv 0%).
|
| 3.Terms of payment |
| Unless
otherwise agreed, the term of payment is 14 days from the date of the
invoice.
|
| 4. Terms of delivery |
| Unless
otherwise agreed, the delivery term is FCA [sellers warehouse] FIN01
in compliance with Finnterms 2001.
|
| 5. Package |
| All
the goods are delivered in their original packages. All the other
additional packaging and handling costs are charged as real.
|
| 6. Penalty interest on arrears |
| Should
payment be delayed, compensation is payable for the period of delay
in accordance with the interest rate 13% effective from the maturity
date.

| 7. Other terms |
| Unless
otherwise agreed, all the other terms are in accordance with general
terms of The Association of Finnish Technical Traders (TK general
2010).
